JILL K. SMITHELY NAMED PRESIDENT OF APOLLO AGENCIES, INC.

Kinecta Federal Credit Union MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif. April 14, 2009 – Apollo Agencies, Inc., Kinecta Federal Credit Union’s wholly owned Property and Casualty insurance agency subsidiary, has announced that Jill K. SmithEly has joined the organization as President.
“Jill has an exceptionally strong background and extensive experience in successfully leading and managing a property and casualty insurance agency in a financial institution environment,” said Simone Lagomarsino, Kinecta President and Chief Executive Officer. “We look forward to her taking Apollo to new heights.”
Before joining Kinecta’s Apollo Agencies, SmithEly served as a Vice President at HUB International of California Insurance Services. Prior to that, she was First Vice President and President for Washington Mutual Insurance Services, Inc., in Irvine, Calif. Throughout her career, SmithEly has had success in developing and implementing insurance agency sales and operations solutions that resulted in profitable growth for the business. She maintains resident licenses for Property & Casualty Insurance and Life & Disability Insurance in California, non-resident insurance licenses in all other states, and is an accredited Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
