We’re excited to announce that our Mortgage Portal is getting an upgrade! For Kinecta members with a first mortgage, you already know our mortgage portal is your go-to for making loan payments, viewing loan summaries and activity, reviewing your mortgage and year-end statements, and amortization tables, all through Online Banking.
New look, new options
It’s full of new features and improvements and is wrapped in a sleeker Kinecta interface that’s easier to use. Once it goes live this month, we encourage you to check it out in Online Banking or our mobile app and explore all your new choices.
Customize your first mortgage experience
In the upgraded portal, the power is in your hands. You can schedule one-time payments and request instant pay-off statements. You can also see your escrow analysis statements and information, plus amortization graphs to help you out. And you can use our amortization calculator for real-time balance and payoff calculations.
You’ll have a lot more choices when it comes to notifications, too. New options are available to let you know the status of your loan, like when a payment is received, or a disbursement is made. When it comes to updates about your mortgage, we think more is more.
