New Online and Mobile Banking Features

• Monitor your credit score for free with SavvyMoney^® Credit Report and Score¹, access the Credit Score section of Online Banking or our mobile app. You’ll also get access to product and service offers that may save you money on personal and auto loans, as well as credit cards and mortgages.
• Visit the enhanced mortgage portal in Online Banking or the mobile app to view transactions, payments, statements, and more.
• Set travel notifications to let us know you’re on the go. You can find this under Card Features.

Chat with our Member Contact Center

Now you can chat with a real person online at kinecta.org. Start a secure chat by selecting the chat icon found in the lower right corner of any page on the website. To live chat directly, select ‘Chat with a Live Agent’. You can turn on audio chat to speak directly with our team and choose to receive a transcript via email following your chat. Live chat is available during business hours; if you are visiting the site after business hours, leave us a message and we’ll connect with you as soon as possible.

New Mobile Banking App² Features

The Kinecta mobile app has more exciting enhancements. Here is a list of a few of the new features and functions:

• Branch/ATM Locator: Locate over 5,800 shared credit union branches and find over 85,000 surcharge-free ATMs³.
• Pay a Person: Set up and view all of your individual payees. Tap on any payee to see previous payments and schedule new ones.
• More Bill Pay Options: Now you have the same payment options available in Online Banking – check, text message, email and direct deposit. Add a payee by importing them from your device’s contact list.
• Digital Wallet: It’s convenient to access and add your Kinecta debit or credit cards to your mobile device for a contact-free way to pay.
• New Card Features: Do a lot more, right from the app:

  • Set text alerts for your card
